In 2000, Lee returned to his hometown of Shreveport, Louisiana. There, he continued a journey that would shape both his legal career and his personal growth. His professional path led him through various roles: from clerking for a federal judge to working at a private insurance defense law firm, and ultimately serving as a staff attorney at the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Throughout these experiences, Lee recognized a driving force—a desire to advocate for those who felt voiceless in legal matters. As the first attorney in his family, he experienced firsthand the vulnerability of facing civil and criminal matters without proper legal representation. This realization fueled his passion to stand up for individuals who had been wronged by other individuals, national and international companies, and government entities and those who were facing criminal charges.
In 2006, Lee established The Harville Law Firm, LLC, dedicated to championing the rights of his clients. He doesn’t shy away from challenging cases; rather, he embraces them, recognizing that every person deserves a voice, particularly in their most trying times.
Lee is admitted to practice in all state trial and appellate courts in Louisiana, as well as federal courts in the Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana, the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. However, his commitment extends beyond the courtroom. Active participation in legal organizations such as the Shreveport Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers underscores his dedication to his craft.
Over the years, Lee has successfully represented numerous clients in criminal defense and civil litigation matters. He approaches each case with the goal of achieving a swift and fair resolution, though he’s prepared to go to trial when necessary. Lee’s representation can extend to appellate practice, where he is recognized as an Appellate Practice Specialist certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. Lee’s legal and personal journey helps as he seeks to ensure his clients receive comprehensive representation from start to finish.
Lee’s unwavering focus on giving a voice to the voiceless defines his legal career. If you’re seeking compassionate and effective representation, contact us today to see how Lee can guide you through every step of your case.

It is for this reason that Lee does not just take the easy cases. He will take the hard cases, because sometimes the best thing a client can be given is a voice and an advocate. Contact us to see how Lee can stand for you from the beginning to the end of your case.
