Lee Harville is one of 15 Appellate Practice Specialists certified by the Louisiana Board of Legal Specialization. If you need to appeal a verdict, a conviction, or a sentencing issue, we can handle your appeal. Further, if you hire us as your trial attorney, we can help build the best record possible should you need to appeal.

We are not here to take only easy or quick cases just to generate fees. We welcome clients who are facing very serious consequences, from years in prison to life-altering injuries. We have the skills and the abilities to help with your challenges, having litigated cases before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and multiple Louisiana Courts of Appeal.

Mr. Harville grew up in Shreveport and earned a political science degree at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge. After graduating from Columbia Law School in New York City and prosecuting juvenile delinquents in New York City, he returned to Louisiana and began practicing law here in 2001. He currently serves his community and the legal profession, including serving as a board member of the Shreveport Bar Foundation, as a Co-Chair of the Amicus Committee for the Louisiana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and as a member of other committees and boards with the American Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Shreveport Bar Association.
